Continuous training is an important part of an employment at BEVI. The overall purpose is to train and motivate the staff to become knowledgeable, committed and successful employees.
To help with the training, BEVI has access to Addtech Academy. It is an important platform for spreading the corporate culture, developing business acumen and raising the level of professionalism among employees.
