Claims

Although BEVI always strives to deliver high quality products, it sometimes happens that some products do not live up to this.

How to make a claim

To make a claim please be in touch with your contact person or BEVI's Customer Support as soon as possible. All claims related to the delivery in compared to order recognition and delivery notes must be made within 8 days after receipt of the goods.

Before anything is returned, you must have received a return authorization from BEVI. We do not accept returns that have not been announced and approved in advance.

Delivery regulations

BEVI AB follows delivery regulations set forth by The Association of Swedish Engineering Industries (NL17).
